Happy Thanksgiving!
So I don’t cook very often, but Thanksgiving dinner is one of my favorites.
My specialty is the turkey, nice and crispy on the outside. Tender and juicy on the inside. I soak it in dark brown sugar, water, rosemary and thyme overnight and yes… that is a quartered orange in its hind quarters:



I usually make home-made cranberry sauce… since there was only 3 of us… I bought a can of it… it’s a crime against nature.
